My Love(s) *now sing the song to yourself*
I think my posts have been a little bitter over the past little bit, so here's some love from me, well, to you and to these amazing families:
Here are most of my new fun things:

Another fantastic family:
WEIMAN

Another least favorite chore: cleaning the couch and chairs. Again, these cleaning genius' have made it as easy as the clorox wipes people. Hooray!
Make a great week!
HOBBY LOBBY FAMILY
My sister asked me to go with her yesterday to this store (it's way over in Tolleson, but they're building one on Greenfield behind the QT in December of 2008 supposedly) because she heard it was amazing. She heard right. This is my new favorite place ever. Everything I got was at least 50% off, and it's already cheaper than other places. Here are most of my new fun things:
I got lots of other stuff too, like two little platters that match and can stack ontop of the platters that Miss got me for my birthday, Charger plates (you can be invited into the finer things club if you know and appreciate what these are for) and lots of Halloween stuff on sale.
Another fantastic family:
WEIMAN
I saw these at Safeway a few weeks ago and they were a little pricey (but that's coming from me who is cheap,) and they are honestly worth their weight in gold! One of my least favorite chores is cleaning the stainless steel appliances. You had to squirt the tiny bottle of stuff onto a papertowel and then wipe in even strokes, and then follow up the procedure with a dry papertowel, well, not anymore! These work like a dream. Just wipe. It says to wipe after with a dry towel, but I tried it with and without, and there was absolutely no difference.

The most fantastic family(f-squared):
MINE!
(go ahead and blow this up to see just how adorable they are!)
MINE!
(go ahead and blow this up to see just how adorable they are!)Jason's been out of town this weekend and I miss him. Oakley has been a little dream boat though, so much fun!
Make a great week!

Trashy Trick-or-Treat
I haven't decided which lowers my class more:
1- Going to my Sister-in-Law's barefoot and chasing my child up and down the street that way
-or-
2-Dressing my child as Mr. T!

The little punk kept (successfully) trying to take off his mowhawk, but it was amazing when it was tight!
Hope your's was great!
P.S. We obviously don't fall into the category of people who spend time and money on costumes, don't hate, we're resourceful and time wise.

A to I to A again... all in less than 30 minutes
*ATTENTION: This post is very ADD and may make you crazy to read. Secondly, this is NOT a pitty party, and if I get one comment trying to "soothe" you will immediately be deleted from my hot blogs list. (Not that you really care.) ... moving on...

My sister Alyson and her husband Kirk are hot. They have been what they call "committed to fitness" and it totally worked.
I've been feeling a little like this:

Committed to fAtness.
In an effort to do a little better, I decided to try the committed to fItness approach. Here's what happened:
For lunch, we went to Subway
*ADD* So I was going to put a picture of a sandwich here, but when I went to the site, I found out that there was a Subway Store. Here are my favorite items.

(The caption under this one says Great gift for a future Subway® sandwich lover! LOL!)
So, I got a veggie sub on wheat, then got to the condiments part and wanted mayo (a favorite ingredient of mine) and couldn't decide which was better. To get regular mayo or lots of Light Mayo. I went for lots of Light, but the sandwich artist didn't put quite enough on, maybe that's an unusual request. My sandwich was kindof gross and left a lot to be desired.
So, I eyed the plate of No Bake Cookies (more story on that in one ADD second) and finished them off. FAtness.
You see what I mean? A to I to A, in less than 30 minutes. Maybe less than 8 minutes.
K, now for the No Bake Cookies. A girl in my ward dropped them off because she was "thinking about me." What does that mean? I have two theories. 1 - I look like the wreck that I actually am. 2 - She's been hearing things about me; I don't know what, but if she's bringing cookies... not good. However, the cookies were delicious, and if that's what it takes, so be it.

Recent attempt for "I" again. A while back, I had a thing of chocolate milk that was delicious and thick, and after realized that it was an Ensure type of drink. So, when grocery shopping, I saw SlimFast chocolate shakes (mine are only 180 calories) and though I may as well try them as a meal replacement. I was so embarrassed to buy them! I don't know why, but I was and I would have rather bought an economy sized box of condoms and was sweating and couldn't wait for them to be bagged. So, I tried it. It was gross and tasted like metal. I think I'll stick with the QT chocolate shakes. Back to A.
The end.

I'm old.
Welcome to the re-visitation of my 10 year high school reunion.
Friday night. We supported the "other" group and went to the get-together at Dos Gringos. Okay, maybe I'm super old and a total mom, but have you been there at night? It's crazy!! (Please excuse my child-molester eyes in the picture, that's what happens when I try too hard to keep my eyes open and then I just end up looking overly anxious to appear friendly.)
We thought we were pretty hot and young looking, then we saw the others (no, not THE others, Lost fan dorks - aka Miss and Phil) there. Mini skirt, pink feather leg-warmers and suede pink pumps. We obviously don't belong. BUT, we made the rounds.
Best comment of the night:
Ryan Ruiz to Lisa K./B.
Ryan: So are you having a drink?
Lisa: No?
Ryan: Oh, are you nursing?
Lisa: No?
Oh, and I don't know if this is good or bad.
Erin Adams: You look SO different from high school.
Me: Okay....
Saturday's picnic was fun. I think it was my favorite part. We should totally do that more often, just for fun. I don't have any pictures from that because I was so freaking hot and I was afraid the 30 gallons of sweat I produced would electrocute me if I turned on my camera.
Saturday night was good.
Here's the bests of that:
Best part of dinner: ranch dressing on the salad, and the strawberry on the cake plate.
Best part of conversations: Keith Crocker, "I'm an adult toy."
Best part overall: Hanging out with all the girls! It was SO fun to see everyone!!
P.S. If anyone has any group shots where I don't look like a transvestite (hence the madam's apple) email them to me!
