We're thinking $700 a month would be fair.
It's cute, with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, wood floors, moulding, newer appliances, washer/dryer hookups, fantastic ward. What more could you want? Nothing (as long as you have a little family.)
Seriously, tell everyone.
Oh, P.S. It's 900-ish square feet and located on Gilbert/University. Mesa East Stake, 12th Ward for the family ward or 70th ward, I think, for the singles.

Oh I forgot to tell you that I told Diane about it, and with ALL of her friends and connections, she said she'd see if anyone was looking for something. Wouldn't it be nice to be popular at a time like this?

Oh my gosh. I didn't know you guys still own that. I thought you sold it. Still looks pretty nice. Unlike ours after our tenants moved out. They were disgusting pigs. I have about 86 pictures to prove it too.
Oh heck no! This is exactly the reason why I don't like living in a metropolitan area. I would kill for an awesome place like that to live around here without having to pay a crap-ton and my first born.
