I'm not Lion.....

Have you realized how old-person all of my post titles are? I've just done so and am slightly sad, but that's me.
Anyhow, have any of you ever wished that during the night when your baby is crying, wait, let me rephrase, SCREAMING, for no apparent reason other than he wants to say "hi" for the fourth time and you are trying to let him cry it out on his own, have you ever wished that it was like Daniel in the Lion's Den and an angel would come and close his mouth? I have.

P.S. I know, I know! Nothing from me for like 40 years and then three posts three days in a row! What's the difference? My house is finally clean and so I'm no longer cranky, but, apparently the funnies take longer to rebound.

I have spent many nights hoping for the same thing, just let my baby SLEEP, so I won't be a cranky mom tommorrow. It gets better.

Okay stinkey, I think you are still the funniest blog out there... that I read, at least!
I have to tell a secret: sometimes you'll catch me watching the girls next door. Wow, that felt good. Almost like I just confessed to a Priest.
So, baby having sleep problems? Good luck with that. I have no advice because God blessed me with the best babies on earth. SCREEEEEETCH, Rewind!!! Did I just say Best? I think I really need to speak to a Priest.
Hey, you look so pretty. I think you have the greatest skin and very nice teeth! Speaking of, I still have NEVER had a better teeth cleaning than when you did mine. So, when I come in Sept., would you like to fit me in for a cleaning??? We can swap! I'll do your hair! ;)
sorry for my lengthy article

So Sara, thanks for offering to help me paint again (your so sweet). But I did it on Sat. I thought it was only going to take me like 2 hours because it was just one wall I was re-doing but I as I got going I ran out of paint, I needed to buy another paint roller and a paint tray. So it took me more like 4 hours, because of all the trips to the store and taking care of kids in the middle. But it turned out nice. Thanks for the offer, maybe I will take you up on it when I decide to paint the bathroom.

I hope that Oakley is sleeping good these days, and not needing a lion to come and eat him in the middle of the night! I don't know what to do about the whole sleeping thing - we're still working on not tying Brynn to the bed with a jumprope/rumprope. :)

So I just happened upon your blog when I was reading the comments on Stacie's blog. How random, huh? I don't think I've seen you since MHS. Looks like things are good with you. You're baby is so cute. Oh, this is Mary LeSueur by the way.

it most definitely wasn't wrong of you to assume that my treadmill was a bbq...seeming how my use of the bbq to treadmill is probably a 10 to 1 ratio, for reals! you totally crack me up!

Sara-

Ok, so totally weird... I helped someone open an account (I work at a bank, if you didn't know) for their 10 month old son today- and the baby's name was not only Oakley, but Oakley Palmer! How weird is that? I told her (the Mom) about your baby and she was shocked, too. Anyway, thought I'd share my story with you today. Ok, now you can continue reading about things you actually care about...

Hi Sara- I saw a post from you on Stacy's blog and had to come see if it was you! (remember Jone's Cleaner's?) Well I'm excited to have "found" you and that you are doing well! Your son is adorable and you are still so funny!
PS- I love Edward too (from Twilight)
